In an effort to respect epidemic prevention regulations whilst safeguarding overseas students' right to education, the Ministry of Education obtained approval by the Epidemic Command Center to welcome international degree students (including students who are due to graduate the academic year 2019 -2020) from the following low-risk countries/regions to return to Taiwan:

Vietnam, Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand, Palau, Australia, New Zealand, Brunei, Fiji, Mongolia, Bhutan, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Sri Lanka, and Myanmar.

International students who have the above-mentioned nationalities, currently reside in the above-mentioned countries and plan to return to Taiwan to resume their studies must inform the Office of International Affairs at least two weeks ahead of your departure date. Please contact the Taiwan Tech Office of International Affairs (oia@mail.ntust.edu.tw) so that your return to Taiwan can be properly arranged.
