1. All Taiwan Tech administrative departments and student organizations are allowed to book meeting rooms.The number of people per room is limited to 50, epidemic prevention regulations must be followed.

2. All on-campus sports venues (except the swimming pool) are open, but epidemic prevention regulations have to be implemented, i.e. body temperature measurement, real name registration, social distancing, and wearing of masks. 

The facilities in the basement of the gymnasium (fitness room, multi-function court, gymnastics room) and in the basement of the Aeon Building (table tennis room, billiard room) are closed spaces with poor ventilation, and therefore pose a higher risk. They are only open to school team and faculty and staff associations. The facilities may only be used after submitting a plan for the implementation of epidemic prevention measures which has to be approved by the director of the sports facilities. Controls of the sports facilities will be carried out to check if epidemic prevention regulations are respected. In case of violations, the groups/ individuals will use their right to use the venues. 

The sports center is asked to promote the use of mask covers during exercise to avoid respiratory distress caused by wet masks.  It is still discussed if such mask covers can be provided by Taiwan Tech.

3. The library will be open again from Monday to Friday, 8:10 -17:00, and 8:30 - 17:00 on Saturday.
The audio-visual room is open from 8:30 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday, and 10:00 - 17:00 on Saturday.
Reading rooms: 50% of the seats are available, using the checkerboard seating system. 

4.  Food consumption inside the cafeterias is still prohibited.
